Sophia D’Addario

In June 2017, I earned a Hatha Yoga Teacher’s diploma after completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training course with highest honors from the Aura Wellness Center. In September of the same year, I completed a Svaroopa® Foundations course that helped broaden my teaching skills and further understand Yoga’s fundamental principles of consciousness.

In January 2019, I had the pleasure of joining the YOGABODY® network after completing Yoga Trapeze® Training. 

I chose to pursue a career in the yogic community and opened Cortland Yoga Nest to guide others how to stay healthy and active while coping with the stresses of everyday life.

Yoga is more than just a good stretch session. It is a way of life.

The objective of all yoga techniques is to connect. During our yoga sessions, I will teach you how to use steadily held poses and breathing patterns to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, align your chakras, and ground static energy within your body.
